What is it?

The Satellite Monitoring service is designed to provide constant and accurate tracking of the transport unit responsible for carrying your insured goods.

Requirements to hire the service:

A mirror account link with username and password, or a specific link generated for the unit, is required.
It is important to have a flexible scheduling window to prevent the tracking system access from expiring.

How does it work?

A specialized installer is assigned and contacts the LT (Transport Logistics) coordinator to ensure the unit is available prior to device installation.

The service is carried out using either a returnable or disposable device, depending on the selected service type:

Disposable Device

This device is strategically placed within the cargo or inside the container before it is sealed. It does not require collection upon arrival and automatically ends the service once the cargo reaches its destination.

Returnable Device

Installed in the trailer or cargo box and must be returned to the point of origin when the trailer returns with the unit. The equipment is collected by an operator who coordinates pickup upon arrival at origin.
